- 2:30 pm - Arrive at Kansas City Intl airport
- 3:00 pm - Depart by bus to Columbia, MO
- 5:00 pm - Hotel check in

- 2:15 pm - Sports Facilities Overview - Mike Griggs, Director of Columbia Parks & Recreation
- 3:30 pm - Wrap Up session
- 4:30 pm - Buses depart to hotel to refresh for dinner
- 5:45 pm - Board buses for dinner
- 6:00 pm - Dinner at the Tiger Hotel
- 8:00 pm - One bus departs from the Tiger Hotel, returns to hotel - delegates can choose to return to the hotel for the evening or enjoy downtown Columbia.

Wednesday, November 11

- 2:15 pm - Buses depart to Mankato
- 3:45 pm - Arrive in Mankato

You will be given time after each session to enter your thoughts, ideas and opportunities into the survey tool that will be used to gather the entire groups feedback.
