Join Fit & Grit Training’s certified personal trainer, Coach Matt, Saturday mornings at 8:30am for a 45 minute fitness class @ Flex Fitness.

All fitness levels are welcome and exercise modifications will be demonstrated to match your fitness level.

This is a great beginner level class for people looking to start their fitness adventure or people returning to fitness after spending a little too much time sitting around.

Get ready to feel great and have fun! Just $10 per class! Cash payment accepted on site.

Please bring a bottle of water.

Group warm-up
3-4 rounds of 4-6 different station based exercises
