Mankato\u2019s newest event venue, <strong>Offsite Meetings and Events<\/strong>, takes the stress out of that equation, offering a versatile environment customizable to every need.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 3:30 to 6 p.m., southern Minnesota\u2019s newest event venue \u2013 Offsite Meetings and Events \u2013 is officially kicking off operations by hosting its ribbon cutting ceremony and open house.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We\u2019re so excited to bring this new event space to Mankato,\u201d said Amanda Beavens, Offsite Meetings and Events manager. \u201cOur goal is for this venue to serve as a canvas for collaboration, a stage for innovation and a community hub where businesses can flourish and connect.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Offsite has multiple spaces to rent, including an auditorium that seats over 80 guests with several features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Video and voice tracking capabilities to ensure there is no bad seat in the house<\/li>\n<li>Looking for an interactive experience?
