Rep. Jeff Brand

(507) 380-0510

Growing up on a dairy farm in Highland township in Wright County, Jeff previously worked for organizations such as the US Forest Service and Minnesota Environmental Partnership before serving his neighbors as a City Councilmember in Saint Peter for two terms. At that time he also served as a board member for the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities and a member of the Region 9 Renewable Energy Taskforce.  Brand was elected State Representative of District 19A in 2018, using his abilities and reputation as an elected official to bring citizens and officials together in order to build on the concept of a stronger community. He knows that a brighter future for all Minnesotans requires a new brand of leadership that listens and acts on consensus.

As an advocate for Greater Minnesota, Jeff has already proven himself as a representative on behalf of his constituents. In the Minnesota House of Representatives, he helped pass Bailey's bill, funded the deadly section of Highway 14 from Nicollet to New Ulm, and secured funding for grain bin safety cost-sharing through the passage of Landon's law. Our state is better with Jeff as our Representative.

Jeff and wife Genevieve are also successful and expanding small business owners in Saint Peter, where they raise their two young children.

Rep. Brand is endorsed by many organizations including labor, law enforcement and both the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation and Minnesota Farmer's Union.
