District 19A Candidate Biographies and Profiles Online

MANKATO, MINN (January 31, 2013) – Greater Mankato Growth is once again giving voters an opportunity to learn more about candidates on the website greatermankatoelections.com.

The final slate of candidates vying for the District 19A Minnesota House of Representatives seat in the February 12 special election were invited to complete an online questionnaire, with their responses appearing on the website exactly as they were submitted by the candidates. All three candidates, Allen Quist, Clark Johnson and Tim Gieseke, completed the questionnaire, comprised of biographic and profile questions generated from a list of characteristics that Greater Mankato Growth's Public Affairs Steering Committee agreed will represent the area well in areas impacting business and the overall vitality of the marketplace.

Last week Greater Mankato Growth, the Saint Peter Chamber of Commerce and Saint Peter League of Women Voters announced they would be co-sponsoring a candidate forum on February 5, with all three candidates confirming their participation.
