Mankato, MINN (June 14, 2018) – The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development released the May 2018 employment figures today. The Mankato – North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) saw a gain of 1,286 jobs or 2.2% year over year in the month of May, which led all metropolitan areas in the state. This is the fifth straight month of Mankato-North Mankato leading the state in job growth.
