Greater Mankato Growth to Convene Agricultural Business Summit
(January 20, 2014) MANKATO, MINN. - Greater Mankato Growth (GMG) will host an Agricultural Business Summit January 29 from 11 am – 4 pm at the Verizon Wireless Center in Mankato. The summit will convene key stakeholders to envision and strategize momentum in the already thriving agricultural epicenter.
“Agribusiness is vital to the growth and development of the Greater Mankato region,” said Greater Mankato Growth President & CEO Jonathan Zierdt. “We’ve found some outstanding data in our research, which will be presented at the summit, that display the prevalence and impact of agriculture in our region. We foresee this summit as an opportunity to explore new possibilities on how to capitalize on the existing strategic advantages our region has in the industry.”
Information assembled at the summit will be used to facilitate the identification of future investments that will grow our agricultural marketplace.
