Greater Mankato Growth Elects New Board Members

MANKATO, Minn. (March 12, 2015) – At the Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. 2015 Annual Meeting on March 12, members of Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. (GMG) approved the slate of candidates to fill seats for new terms (3/2015 - 2/2018) on the GMG Board of Directors. The new and returning members of the Greater Mankato Growth board and the sectors they represent include:

Primary Economy: *Joe Duncan, Principal at Bolton & Menk, Inc., *Rob Else, Co-President of EI Microcircuits

Professional Services: *Julia Ketcham Corbett, Partner at Blethen, Gage & Krause, PLLP, Jay Weir, President of James R. Weir Insurance

Retail/Hospitality: *Brian Fowler, Owner of Quality 1 Hr Foto/SPX Sports, *Tim Tupy, Co-Owner of Liv Aveda and Owner of Mankato Brewery                                   

At-Large: Marvin Rhodes, General Manager of KEYC News 12/Fox 12 Mankato


On March 12, the GMG board also met to elect the Officers and Executive Committee for the 2014 – 2015 year. The new Executive Committee includes:
