Greater Mankato Growth to Host Forum with Congressman Walz
(January 28, 2014) MANKATO, MINN. - Greater Mankato Growth is organizing a breakfast keynoted by Congressman Tim Walz Friday, February 7 from 7:30 – 9:00 am at Country Inn & Suites Hotel & Conference Center By Carlson.
Congressman Walz will update attendees on the latest issues in Washington D.C. impacting businesses and our region including budget and taxes, the Farm Bill, health care, immigration and transportation, among others. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss topics of concern to them with the Congressman during a Q&A session. Kay Wallerich, a member of Greater Mankato Growth’s Public Affairs Steering Committee, will moderate the event.
