Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. Executive Vice President Announces Retirement

Mankato, MINN (April 4, 2016) – Trudie Gustafson, Executive Vice President of Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. (GMG) recently announced her retirement from the organization. Gustafson started with the organization in March of 2014 after 37 years with Taylor Corporation. Her last day with the organization will be June 3, 2016.

Trudie G. for Web“As much as I look forward to fully retiring and enjoying this next phase of life to the very fullest, retiring will not be entirely easy as I have genuinely enjoyed working with the wonderful and talented team at GMG, Inc., our board of directors, and the many business and community leaders I have had the good fortune and honor to work alongside to further advance our community and region” said Gustafson.

Prior to her position with GMG, Gustafson served on the Greater Mankato Economic Development Corporation (GMEDC) Board of Directors prior to the merger of GMEDC with the Mankato Area Chamber of Commerce in 2007 to form Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. After which she remained on the GMG, Inc. Board until 2011 where she served as the Chair of the Board from 2009 – 2010.  

Greater Mankato Growth, Inc. has begun the search process for its next Executive Vice President.
