Widseth Smith Nolting Welcomes Hatch to Environmental Team

Baxter, Minn. / April 1, 2019 — Lorin Hatch has joined Widseth Smith Nolting as a water quality specialist. Hatch holds a PhD in ecology from the University of California, Davis.

Hatch has worked across multiple sectors including water resources, environmental, water and wastewater, rail, transportation, hydropower, power plants, education, municipal, power and energy, mining, and state and federal agencies. For more than 20 years, Hatch has honed his skills in project management, aquatic chemistry, aquatic ecology, statistical analysis, writing and editing, and water modeling. As a water quality specialist, Hatch’s expertise will add depth to WSN’s environmental team.

WSN’s environmental department provides Environmental Assessment Worksheets, environmental site assessments, groundwater studies, hazardous materials inspections, sampling, and wetland delineations.
