WYSIWYG Juice Co. opening new location in Spicer, MN
Mankato, MN (Feb. 25, 2020) - WYSIWYG Juice Co., a growing and beloved juice bar announces the opening of its location in Spicer, Minnesota on Thursday, March 5 at 7 am. WYSIWYG is known for its organic cold-pressed juices, nut milks, juice cleanses, smoothies and smoothie bowls.
“We met Kristi and Marie (co-founders of WYSIWYG) two years ago and felt that we align with their values so much,” said Elyse Hagen, co-owner of the Spicer location. “Our biggest vision and heart is to see people really thrive in body and soul. We feel this (WYSIWYG) is a way to get in front of a whole group of people in our community and surrounding areas to help them walk through their wellness goals. We want to inspire and educate people. We know how fast-paced lives can be, so we felt like our community needed a place for healthy options. We wanted to make eating/drinking healthy easier for people. We feel good nutrition is important at every age,” stated Hagen.
The newest location is the second for the growing WYSIWYG Juice Co. which has a devoted following of customers who are dedicated to healthy, wholesome food served in an environment that is welcoming to all. Co-founder Kristi Schuck said, “The opportunity to expand WYSIWYG to Spicer is not only exciting for our company, but very near and dear to our hearts as well. Eric and Elyse were introduced to us through Catherine Dallmer, a life-long family friend of my husband and Willmar native; Wes Schuck, who died at the age of 40 in 2015 after a 3+ year journey with Stage 4 Colon Cancer.” Marie and Kristi’s passion for juicing and creating WYSIWYG Juice Co. is the result of the friendship created through a shared journey of life and loss, after both women lost their husbands to colon cancer at age 40, 10 years apart, leaving them each widowed with 3 young children. “After meeting Eric and Elyse and working with them to bring WYSIWYG to Spicer, we are confident in them and know this community will embrace WYSIWYG just as Mankato has done,” said Schuck.
Winter hours at the Spicer location will be Monday-Friday from 7 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. A grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday, March 21 from 8 am to 12 pm.
