A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 25th at 10:00 AM to celebrate the redevelopment of 1531 Madison Avenue in Mankato. HerdStar, Evenson Concrete Systems and APX Construction Group are the first tenants of the building.

The building is the former home of Johnson Outdoors and is undergoing a complete renovation to house multiple commercial tenants. The space features over 60,000 square feet. Updates to include HerdStar, Evenson Concrete Systems and APX Construction Group build outs, community space for tenants, and exterior improvements.
