Hoppy Easter in Mankato! Fun Events for All Ages

Easter is just around the corner! Whether you’re looking for classic egg hunts, delicious brunches, or unique ways to celebrate, Mankato has something for everyone this Easter season.

Egg-citing Egg Hunts

• The North Mankato Taylor Library’s Annual Egg Hunt will take place from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12 with games, activities, and fun with the Easter Bunny. Registration is required – call 507-345-5120 to sign up!
• Have some egg-stra fun in the Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center Pool with their annual Egg Dive on Friday, April 18! Get a special treat for every egg you find. Enjoy swimming and special Easter egg activities at this special event from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Beyond the Basket: Easter Brunch

• Stop by Country Inn & Suites for their Easter Brunch from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 20. Savor their signature Champagne Chicken with green beans, or choose from Garlic Roasted Pork Loin, Pasta Bar, French Toast Sticks, Kids Menu items, and many more brunch favorites.
• Venture downtown to Number 4 between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Easter Sunday for their annual Easter Brunch, featuring an array of menu items from pastries and their famous Caprese Platter to Wild Rice Breakfast Sausage, omelets, and a Beef Strip Loin Carving Station. • Head on up to Hilltop Hy-Vee on Saturday, April 19 for a themed Bunny Breakfast Buffet for the whole family from 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. There will be an egg hunt, crafts & coloring, and you may even spot the Easter bunny himself! Kids eat free with the purchase of an adult entree.
• Join Swiss & Madison for an Easter Brunch! The buffet will include eggs, bacon, sausage, baked chicken, assorted salads, assorted desserts, and much more. For reservations, call 507-720-0818.
• Hit up the Wow! Zone for an Easter Brunch Buffet! Happening from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the buffet will include everything from fresh pastries to savory roasts and a delightful dessert bar. For reservations, call 507-625-2695.
• Stop by the Circle Inn Bar in lower North Mankato for an Easter Day build your own bloody bar! They will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so stop by before or after other Easter festivities for a bloody mary.
