Blethen Berens is excited to welcome our newest transactional attorney, Seung Woo Ban. Seung Woo is a recent graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to building his practice in southern Minnesota, Seung managed complex business matters in the corproate sector for more than ten years, primarily at South Korea’s largest telecommunications corporation. Seung is eager to help clients achieve their legal goals in transactional law for business, estate planning and real estate. Blethen Berens is as equally as eager to watch Seung connect with our community members and build his practice in southern Minnesota.
