The Banquet Hall is a spacious room featuring high ceilings and located adjacent to the Ellerbe Room, which provides the perfect flow from your ceremony or social hour to your dinner or reception.

Grand Hall
The Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center Grand Hall is a flexible space with retractable first-floor seating. This space can accommodate up to 2,000 people theater-style, and up to 1,000 people with rounds. The Grand Hall also features two lobbies perfect for pre-wedding or social hour space.

Reception Hall
Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center’s historic Reception Hall, also known as the Ellerbe Room, was built in the early 1900’s as the First National Bank and is classified as Mankato’s 14th Heritage Preservation Landmark. The building was tied into the design of the Civic Center in 1995. The building was designed by St. Paul architects Ellerbe and Round and features original bank vaults, brick architectural accents that include Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired stained glass windows, and intricate hand-crafted details. The Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center Reception Hall is the perfect unique location for wedding ceremonies, bridal showers, groom’s dinners, social hours, and intimate meetings and gatherings.

Ellerbe Room
The Ellerbe Room is Mankato’s 14th Heritage Preservation Landmark. The building features original bank vaults, brick architectural accents, and stained glass windows.
