February 1, 2023 (Mankato, MN)—Pioneer Bank is pleased to announce the winner of the 2022 CEMOW Award, Jerica Denn. The CEMOW Award is presented each year to the Pioneer Bank staff member that best exemplifies the bank’s commitment to outstanding customer service. CEMOW stands for Customer Experience Moment of the Week.

“Jerica provides our customers and community with the best service and it doesn’t go unnoticed. She brings a positive energy to all interactions with customers and coworkers on a daily basis,” said Market President James Gordon.

Each week, Pioneer Bank team members are encouraged to recognize coworkers that enhance experiences for customers with a CEMOW nomination. The annual award winner is selected based on the number of nominations received throughout the year. Jerica Denn works at the Mapleton location of Pioneer Bank.

“Recognizing Jerica and other staff members who create great experiences for our customers is very rewarding,” said bank CEO David Krause. “I’m so proud of the impact our staff makes on our customers and in our community.”
