FAIRMONT, MN, July 24, 2023 – After a 14-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Profinium, Inc. announces that Marques Doppler plans on retiring August 1st. Marques led the organization in expanding its footprint into Mankato, established the Profinium Mortgage division, and has been fundamental in the institution’s focus on providing Banking, Mortgage, Insurance, Trust and Investment services. Profinium’s Ownership, Board of Directors and the entire Profinium team gives a very heart-felt thank you to Marques for his dedication, leadership, and energy he selflessly shared. Owner and Board Chairman Fred W. Krahmer remarked, “Marques will be dearly missed by myself and the Profinium team. I am thankful he chose to lead Profinium for the past decade and a half and wish him the best as he finally gets to spend more time with his family and grandchildren.”

In light of this retirement, Profinium is actively engaged in searching for a successor CEO. During this search process, Ron Kopischke will serve as interim Chief Executive Officer. Ron has served in leadership roles at Profinium for over 34 years. Ron stated, “I want to thank Marques for his amazing leadership over his 14 years as CEO of Profinium. I am excited to be working with the fantastic team at Profinium who brings dreams to life for our clients on a daily basis.”
