The Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking celebration for the construction of two new homes that will be added to our Partnership Community Land Trust. This event marks a milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide affordable housing and strengthen our community and provides an opportunity to thank a number of our partners in this work.

These new homes will offer high-quality, affordable housing options for families and individuals in Mankato. By adding these homes to Partnership Community Land Trust, we ensure that they remain affordable for generations to come, fostering stability and growth within our community.

The ceremony will include a symbolic groundbreaking, celebration of homeowners who have already purchased into Partnership Community Land Trust, recognition of critical partners such as the City of Mankato, Drummer Development, Wilcon Construction and an opportunity for community members to learn more about the project and its benefits. Light refreshments will be provided and all are welcome to join in this celebration of progress and community spirit.
