Step into the world of the Norse at the Great Northern Viking Festival, October 18–19, 2025, at McGowen Farms in Mankato, Minnesota. This immersive, family-friendly fall festival brings Viking history, culture, and community to life with live combat demonstrations, artisan vendors, interactive reenactments, storytelling, music, workshops, and authentic food and drink.

Guests can stroll the bustling marketplace, meet costumed reenactors, and learn ancient skills from expert presenters. On Saturday night, the festival transforms for A Night in Valhalla, a 21+ after-dark celebration with mead, music, and Viking-themed entertainment in the Mead Hall.
