Every year, this event brings together leaders, visionaries, and changemakers from across our region for a day of connection, inspiration, and action. In 2025, our theme Building a Financial Future Where Women Thrive calls us to confront a truth: the financial systems we live in were not built for women to succeed. For too long, outdated structures have reinforced barriers and inequities, keeping women at a disadvantage.
This year, keynote speaker **Janine Rogan, author of The Pink Tax** will help us examine how these systems continue to shape women’s lives, and what it takes to rewrite the narrative.
Because financial justice isn’t just about dollars and cents. It’s about dignity. It’s about opportunity. It’s about the freedom to live fully, without limits.
