City of Mankato Community Investment Plan Open House
Community members are invited to attend a come-and-go open house to review the City of Mankato’s proposed 2026 Community Investment Plan (CIP) projects and share feedback with City staff.
The open house will be held from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 25, in the Mankato Room on the first floor of the Intergovernmental Center, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Mankato.
The CIP outlines planned infrastructure improvements for parks and utilities. It serves as a multi-year roadmap to help the City identify, prioritize, budget and plan for major improvements while managing funding resources.

- Long Street and Emerson Lane
