Southwest Minnesota Housing Partnership Homebuyer Education Workshop
Tuesday, February 13, and Thursday, February 15
5:30 – 9:30 pm

At this VIRTUAL workshop, you will learn about:

  • The home buying process
  • Credit, budgeting, & affordability
  • Mortgage loans, terms, and costs
  • Shopping for a home

All workshops include two classes. Attendance at both classes is required. $40 workshop fee per household. Receive a certificate upon completion of both sessions. Class size is limited to 25 people. Call 507-836-1624 or email [email protected] to register.
