Greater Mankato Growth serves as a non-partisan information intermediary between candidates and the voters on issues impacting not only business, but the overall vitality of the region at large. As part of this effort, Greater Mankato Growth provides information about upcoming elections, hosts and provides information about candidate forums and events throughout the election season and invites candidates to complete online profiles.

2020 Candidate Forums (Virtual)
ALL candidate forums will be closed to in-person public audience attendance due to current COVID-19 health and safety recommendations. Greater Mankato Growth will record the event and post it online to the organization’s YouTube page in addition to the event being replayed on KTV programming schedules. Election and candidate information including links to forums will be available greatermankatoelections.com. Additionally, all media partners have been invited to cover this forum/debate.

Greater Mankato Growth in Partnership with KTV will be recording in-studio (virtual) candidate forums for the following local races. Voter Information
Hours: Polling places are open from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm on election day.
Voter Registration: You need to be a registered voter to cast a ballot. You can check your registration status here. If you’re not registered, you can do so up to 21 days in advance of election day online or in-person (instructions here) OR at your polling place on election day with appropriate proof of residence. You can learn more about registering to vote on election day here.
