A federal court has lifted the injunction on a new program in that halted the US Treasury Department from collecting Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

What does this mean for you?

For the vast majority of businesses will need to file a BOI report no later than March 21, 2025.
