What began with the vision of Eric Oleson and Dennis Hobbie has grown into a 15‑years of business shaped by a larger team, a broader client base, and an ever‑growing connection to the communities we serve. As we’ve evolved, it became clear that our brand needed to evolve with us. 

Our work has always been about more than buildings. It’s about designing with purpose, creating spaces that strengthen communities, support the people who use them, and reflect the places we’re proud to call home. Our refreshed brand captures who we are today and the future we’re building alongside our neighbors and partners.
