On Tuesday, Feb. 19, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry is hosting a session on registered apprenticeships and the benefits of growing and sustaining an innovative workforce.

According to the DLI,  registered apprenticeship offers a time-tested employee training system that can be customized to meet the needs of any business. In addition to a presentation on Registered Apprenticeship, Ed Godfrey from the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs will share the options and benefits available for veterans through the MN GI Bill. There is no cost to attend.

The one-hour long session starts at 3 pm and will be held at the Centennial Student Union on the Mankato State University Campus.
