December 20, 2023 – Rihm Family Companies is pleased to be named a Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation, and a Top Woman-Owned Business by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). This is the sixth year in a row that Rihm has received these two honors.

Every year, WIT highlights the top companies that are exceptional workplaces for women with its Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation recognition. Companies named to this list are supportive of gender diversity, accommodate family and life balance, offer competitive compensation, benefits, continued training, and more. This year, the prestigious recognition program garnered a record number of more than 27,000 votes to identify and validate the companies named to the list.
