North Mankato, MN — Vista Prairie at North Pointe is pleased to announce the addition of two new leaders to its team: Josh Wirig as Culinary Manager and Doug Dittbenner as Sales & Community Marketing Manager. Both bring extensive experience, strong community ties, and a shared passion for excellence in service.

Josh Wirig joins Vista Prairie with nearly 20 years of experience in kitchens and restaurants across a variety of culinary environments. Known for his creativity, leadership, and commitment to quality, Wirig has spent 19 years refining his craft and building a reputation for innovation in the kitchen. His talent was nationally recognized in 2023 when he earned the title of Cirque Du Crave Culinary Competition Champion, highlighting his skill, dedication, and artistry. Outside the kitchen, Wirig is an avid hiker and archery enthusiast and a proud dog dad to two pups. He looks forward to bringing fresh energy and elevated dining experiences to the Vista Prairie community.

Doug Dittbenner joins the team as Sales & Community Marketing Manager, bringing a strong background in sales and a passion for building meaningful relationships. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, Dittbenner moved to North Mankato in 2000, where he raised his two children and became deeply connected to the community. In his free time, he enjoys golfing as well as playing and writing music. In his new role, Dittbenner will focus on connecting with families, serving residents, and strengthening Vista Prairie’s presence in the greater North Mankato area.
