Join a conversation with MSU Alum and sixth-generation Southern Minnesota farmer, Scott Haase. He is co-manager of Haase Family Farms, and owns and operates Blue Dirt Farm where his focus is on direct sales of meat products from animals raised on pasture and woodlands, integrated with regenerative agricultural practices. Parking: After 6:30 pm, limited free parking is available near Centennial Student Union in Lots 4a, 6, and 11a. Closer parking is available in the Visitor Paylot for a fee.
