“To Bind Up the Nation’s Wounds:” President Abraham Lincoln’s Promise for a “Just and Lasting Peace,” and the Tragedy of his Assassination lecture

“To Bind Up the Nation’s Wounds:” President Abraham Lincoln’s Promise for a “Just and Lasting Peace,” and the Tragedy of his Assassination will be presented by Bryce Stenzel, Lincoln Historian and Costumed Historical Interpreter. He will examine Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address, his Reconstruction plan, the surrender of the Confederacy and the tragedy of Lincoln’s assassination.

This lecture is hosted by the Friends of the Boy in Blue Civil War Memorial. Donations will be accepted with all proceeds to be donated to the Boy in Blue Civil War Headstone Project.
