Axis Lofts
Axis Lofts is a two-phase construction project. The first phase will be a 4-story, 72-unit apartment building with commercial space on the 1st level. Phase two is in planning for a second building on the property. The project is the first to begin the refacing of the 169 corridor through Mankato. Other developments are in planning for the immediate area as well as a $70 million reconstruction of highway 169 scheduled for 2027.
WEB Construction is proud to work with Old Town Holdings, Plaid Hat Management, ISG, Bright Pixel Design, Braun Intertec, DEED, MPCA, the City of Mankato, and our many subcontracted partners on Axis Lofts and are grateful recipients of grants from both DEED and the Main Street Economic Revitalization Program from Greater Mankato Growth.
“We are excited to begin the construction process on this site after several years of planning and design. This is a unique property that will have some exceptional amenities for the tenants including a pet grooming area, party room, on-site storage, and rooftop patios with green space. It’s worth also mentioning its distinctive location with the neighboring Hiniker Pond walking paths and park as well as the immediate commuting convenience of Highway 169.”
