Executive Sounding Board
A program created specifically for C-Suite Leaders
Executives have a responsibility to represent their stakeholders in the most flexible way possible.
This means meaningfully promoting the interests of their employees, customers, consumers, and communities. One of the most effective ways to develop an enlightened perspective is to learn from other like-minded professionals.
The Executive Sounding Board will provide a professionally-facilitated, two hour, structured, confidential and trusting environment for executive-level leaders to give and receive the benefit of their experiences to help resolve business challenges. Monthly participation allows leaders to make better strategic decisions, focus on “the right things”, improve communication and build long-term relationships.
Greater Mankato Growth's first cohort started on March 6 and a second cohort is being assembled and will begin soon. The group will consist of 10-12 individuals preferably from non-competing businesses.
Monthly meetings will initially be held at Greater Mankato Growth but could be subsequently hosted at the businesses of roundtable members or other locations. Participants will develop and adhere to a shared code of confidentiality and trust.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Scott Morrell is the Founder and President of Rebar Leadership (formally Stone Arch Organization Development) based in Minneapolis, MN. Scott works with senior leaders, chief executives, boards and management teams to execute more effective organizations, leading to better performance. Scott holds an Ed.D. in Organization Development, a M.A. in Counseling Psychology both from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Concordia University. Scott has also been a faculty member of Greater Mankato Leadership Institute for the past two years.
