Executives have a responsibility to represent their stakeholders in the most flexible way possible.
This means meaningfully promoting the interests of their employees, customers, consumers, and communities. One of the most effective ways to develop an enlightened perspective is to learn from other like-minded professionals.
The Executive Sounding Board provides a professionally facilitated, two-hour, structured, confidential, and trusting environment for executive-level leaders to give and receive the benefit of their experiences to help resolve business challenges. Monthly participation allows leaders to make better strategic decisions, focus on “the right things,” improve communication, and build long-term relationships. Discussions focus on cohort members’ successes and challenges, as well as leadership and business topics selected by each group.
Cohorts consist of up to 10 individuals, preferably from non-competing businesses and organizations. Each cohort meets for two hours on the second Thursday of each month. All of the sessions are led by Scott Morrell, a highly-regarded professional facilitator and member of Greater Mankato Growth. Participants will develop and adhere to a shared code of confidentiality and trust.
Monthly meetings are held at Greater Mankato Growth or the business locations of cohort members. Participation in the Executive Sounding Board is a great opportunity for local executives to learn from their peers without having to devote large amounts of travel time or expense. The cost is $2,000 for the year (prorated for those who join later).
